Sweetgrass Braid: Small Smudge Sticks. Approximately 40cm in length.

Used For: Spiritual Cleansing – Purifying spaces and people. Attracting Positive Energy – Inviting good spirits and blessings. Ceremonial Use – Used in indigenous rituals and the Medicine Wheel (North). Aromatherapy – Its sweet, vanilla-like scent promotes calm and peace.

To use, light the end of the braid then blow out the flame so that it begins to smoke. To extinguish, simply snuff out the smoking end in sand or a fireproof dish.
